• All program ads must be submitted as high-resolution, gray scale, PDF or JPEG files. They must be designed as follows:
  • 1/4 page: 5″ horizontal x 1.85″ high
  • 1/2 page: 5″ horizontal x 3.875″ high
  • Full page: 5″ horizontal x 8″ high
  • Submit ad files by email to mail@bvchorale.org
  • Ads must fit the exact dimensions and proportions of the space purchased. Ads submitted larger than the purchased size will be cropped and adjusted. Ads smaller than the purchased size will be centered within the space.
  • Website Ads:  720 pixels wide x 520 pixels high, or larger in those dimensions in full color or gray scale jpg or png format. Include website address for the respective business.
  • Logos for website: 150 pixels 150 pixels in jpg or png format. Any logo file differing from these dimensions will be resized proportionally so that the long dimension is 150 pixels. All logos should be accompanied by the website address for the respective business.
